In the morning freshness you will travel along the Yonne valley which overlooks the Saussois rocks. Gradually you will come across the Chablis vineyard.

On top of the hills take your time to admire the superb view over the Yonne valley.
A stop in Chablis is a must. This little town bathed by the Serein river is the capital of the Basse Bourgogne vineyard. The cellar visit will enable you to enjoy Chablis white wine, dry and light.
The hilly countryside will lead you up to Tonnerre, a small town surrounded by vineyards and a verdant background.

You will reach the banks of the canal of Bourgogne and you will follow them up to Ancy-le-Franc. Before arriving you will have a chance to admire the Tanlay castle, a superb architectural composition from Renaissance.

In Ancy-le-Franc, a traditional hotel is waiting for you in a quiet and bucolic setting
